Bingo Blog understands that Gala Bingo are to sponsor a new ITV chat show that will be presented by Sharon Osbourne and called imaginatively Mrs Sharon Osbourne.

The deal is estimated to be worth around £2million, but is the deal a bit of a surprise or actually quite a clever move by ITV to raise the profile of online bingo? We ask this as current ITV programmes like Coronation Street and Emmerdale have bingo sites operated by Bingo Blog favourites Jackpotjoy. Bingo features quite heavily on the main ITV website, so when the new chat show starts it will be interesting to see how the channel promotes the sponsors via their website.
