Bingo Caller of the Year 2007 is Blake Robson

This weekend saw the final of the 2007 Bingo Caller of the Year competition. The event, run by National Bingo Game and hosted by Emmerdale’s Lorraine Chase, saw 6 regional bingo callers battle it out for the prestigous title. The contestants, all hoping to follow previous winners like Brett Hyrjak (2006) and Karl Seth (2005) were:

  • James Cook from the Mecca Club in Edinburgh
  • Robert “Will” Willard from the Mecca Club in Cwmbran
  • Allen Musa from Buckingham, Preston
  • Blake Robson from Mecca, South Shields
  • Mark Lunn from Mecca, Wednesbury
  • Melanie Ceazer from Gala, Enfield

    And the winner was…. Blake Robson, who wins £500, a trip to Las Vegas where he’ll get the chance to call bingo numbers at the Sun Coast Casino plus of course the title of Bingo Caller of the Year 2007!
