Foxy Bingo’s Foxy Character Is Up To Standard!

Posted at 10:07:53am by bingomac

Foxy at Foxy Bingo has fallen under the Advertising Standards spotlight after one viewer “challenged whether the ‘Foxy’ character would be likely to appeal to children”. The good news is that the powers that be decided in favour of Foxy Bingo owners Cashcade as the Foxy character had been designed in such a way as to represent an older adult figure in order to appeal to the target audience of women aged 35 years and over”.

It was also noted that gambling TV ads have scheduling restrictions in place and therefore would not be targeted at kids and be appealing to them.

This is good news for Foxy and means that he can continue to strut his stuff like a 70s styled “Harry Hill” pimp in future TV commercials. At least he’s no longer got that Leslie Phillips accent!
