Astro Bingo have launched in the UK with a free £5 for all new players promotion. The site is new and currently lacks any bingo excitement or razzmatazz that other UK sites like Virgin Bingo or Jackpotjoy Bingo offers.

Depositing is at best clunky (and again it doesn’t have the slickness or professional feel of other bingo sites) and ordering bingo cards was too awkward. In fact, despite having £5 to play with for free, there was no incentive to spend the money on playing bingo at the site.

As the site is new the progressive jackpots are small (you’d have thought they’d have loaded these up to encourage game play) but on a positive note they are running bingo lessons on 8th July and on July 9th and 10th there’s an Astro Bingo £1000 giveaway which encourages people to sign up and join in the bingo games.
