Tea and Bingo Aims To Grab a Slice of the Bingo Cake
New bingo site launches are fewer and far between these days, and quite often their launch tends to be fairly muted. That’s not the case with the brand new Tea and Bingo site that has been launched by Digital Prophets. They will be taking to the small screen from Boxing Day with a TV advertising campaign. We can bring you a sneak peak though and you’ll no doubt agee that this ad takes the biscuit!
The site uses the popular Virtue Fusion platform, which is also used by the likes of Paddy Power Bingo and Sky Bingo. Digital Prophets Guernsey Limited Managing Director Raj Ramanandi said, “Working with Virtue Fusion Alderney brings us stable and award winning software allowing us to concentrate on investing in a superb community and innovating with our brand to win market share and expand the audience.”
The advert goes live from Boxing Day, but don’t expect to only see Tea and Bingo advertised a few times before vanishing off your TV!
Raj explains that “We will have a sustained TV presence throughout 2010. The ads were the brainchild of an agency responsible for some award winning adverts for McDonald’s, Walkers Crisps, Sony, VW Polo, Philips, Nikon, Barclaycard and Esso. They can now add TeaAndBingo to their very prestigious list!”
How big a slice of the online bingo cake Tea and Bingo can pull in remains to be seen, but we’ll be following their progress over the coming months. By bringing together two of the nation’s things they could be on to something in 2010.
