£140,000 Jackpot Winner at Mecca Bingo
A Hornchurch lady (who incidentally is not called Pollyanna) has scooped one of the biggest prizes in online bingo history thanks to Mecca Bingo online. Jacqui who works at the local Queens hospital in the region, claimed the progressive jackpot prize under the 33 ball threshold to win the MegaBallBooster. It was only the next day when one of the Mecca staff rang her to confirm the win was in fact over £140,000.
Jacqui has been playing at her local Mecca Bingo club in Hornchurch every Tuesday night for many years but only recently started to play online bingo. She’s vowed to keep on working, but did take a day off with her husband to put together a list of what they wanted to spend the money on. Her daughter’s wedding was top of the list followed by a first class trip to Australia where she and her husband have always wanted to visit.
She commented “I am still in total shock. I have won at my local hall and online before but never as much as this. This sort of money can really make a difference to me and my family. My daughter and son obviously will get treated and my husband and I will now be able to travel to all the places in the world we could only dream of before”
