Gala Bingo Win Reunites Family In New Zealand

For one lucky Merseyside bingo player, Easter came early when the lucky lady found she had won nearly £29,000 playing at the online bingo site.
Such a windfall would be a fantastic treat for any family but this has been extra special for this St Helen’s resident who wishes to remain anonymous, as it means she can book a trip of a lifetime and be reunited with her daughter in New Zealand. The lucky winner, whose daughter has lived on the other side of the world for eight years, said: “We haven’t seen each other in five years and I am so excited about being reunited with her. Plus I’m over the moon as I will be able to see my beautiful grandchildren for the second time.”
She had been feeling lucky after winning £3 earlier in the evening, but it seemed £28,840.29 was to be her lucky number when she scooped the popular bingo site’s cash climber jackpot. The ecstatic mum said: “I jumped up and shouted upstairs to my son. I just couldn’t believe my eyes as I thought it said £28 not £28,000! Things like this just don’t happen to me. This win really has changed my life!
